• Introduction
The expressive Latino population in the United States of America is the greatest appliance of all the ethnic groups today and against the next generation. The United States Census Bureau estimates that Latinos will grow by 63 million people, a mass growth of 48%, to make up 25% of the United States population by 2050. Most of the regard I used for this , assert that the U.S.A cannot hold out its historic path of growth, progress, and greatness without substantially improvements in the Latino community’s economic and educational status. The fate of the nation is permanently linked to that of the Hispanic community not only because of its magnitude, but also because of its connection youthfulness as other populations grow older and adieu the American workforce.
