Monotheism and polytheism are two separate belief systems that share the universal of morality. Monotheism is the persuasion in one God and polytheism is the persuasion in more one than one God. Without morals, the world would be a set of extreme chaos and disorder. However, plane though both beliefs share the general, the foundation for morality within polytheistic religions is to a great extent divergent to the foundation for honor with monotheistic religions. Morality within polytheism is contrary and relative; whereas in monotheism, honor becomes consistent and absolute. In monotheism, the reality that there is one God that sits in brains over all of his followers is evince of morality. For example, in Judaism, God gave his followers ten mandate the showed what is right and untrue for the people. God then places penetration on his followers based upon their duty to the commandments. This supports the witticism that since there is one God judging the populate’s actions, deciding if their actions are right or wrong, then the people be under the necessity a standard by which they try to live ~ means of or achieve. In most polytheistic religions the concept of good and bad conduct is benefaction, which is evidence of morality in polytheism. For instance, in Hinduism there is what is known taken in the character of PAP, or penalty for bad demeanor, and PUNYA, which means credit since good deeds. PAP and PUNYA minister to in determining a follower’s karma, which determines one’s life form in the next life. The existence of morality is besides evident in that there are actual Gods whom have such titles viewed like ‘sustainer,’ ‘judge,’ and ‘protector of morality.’ For example, Varuna from Vedic Hinduism, a religion no longer practiced, was known in the manner that the protector of ‘moral order’ what one. shows morality concept existing within the practical piety.
