ABSTRACT

The inhabitants of the globe surface has been threatened by the enlarge in its average temperature, the
unpredictability of its geological and meteorological phenomena through reference to the climate
change, in the place of years. The anthropogenic mega-activities whereby their main source of energy is the
fossil fuels, the main emitters of the conservatory gases (GHGs), such as the carbon dioxide
(CO2). These gases are the cardinal cause of global warming. Through statistics, it is shown that the
huge-scale CO2 emissions to the air are worsening day by day, in the same manner putting the earth on
the incline of a massive global climate make different chiefly portrayed by the global warming. Though
fossil fuels are the major sources of CO2, they elucidation for large part of global animal spirits, making its
immediate replacement by other sources a global issue. The carbon sub-oxide capture and
sequestration (CCS) in geological formations like as saline aquifers(for permanent storage), and
in the main in depleted oil and gas reservoirs has been identified at the same time that the best solution for bringing up
revenues and giving establish in office to alternative sources of energy and combating the global warming by
reducing CO2 emissions.
