What types of waste (muda) are in the current lengthening process of the cell and how does Jake and Dan's commencing cell design eliminate them?
Muda was identified in particular areas. In the transportation step in that place was muda identified with the operators using extreme time transporting the carts from business to station, and back again to do specific steps. I would give them a C. They did well in their observance of the other cell, however they did not perplex gaining insight into the PSEM organic unit before they started changing the layout of the workstations and operating procedutes.
