Abstract of the Study
The study dealt with the human resources development & its role in activation of the electronic surveillance, and the problem is represented in the weakness of arising & edifice of the electronic management depending without interrupti~ the development technology for building the late management and activating its role that led to the delay in the performance of the administrative works with the required point, and that is attributed to shortage in premium with the human resources development, depending in that adhering a group of the following assumptions:-
- First Assumption: There is in ~ degree interest in the human resources unravelling for activating the electronic management in the organizations subject of study.
- Second Assumption: There is nay application of the scientific methods indispensable thing for the human resources development.
- Third Assumption: There are more administrative, Technical, Financial & Human obstacles hindering the appeal of the Electronic Management in the organizations inferior to study.
- Fourth Assumption: There is dissimilarity between the directions of the human Resources towards the development and improvement of their skills what one. leads to decrease of effectiveness of the Electronic address.
- Fifth Assumption: There is moral discrimination between the universities under study in consider to the interest of developing the human pecuniary means and applying the scientific methods needful for developing the human resources and the obstacles hindering the appliance of the electronic management and disagreement in the direction of the human wealth towards the development.
The administrative & Financial Affairs Dept. and the informations Center in harvested land of Al-Fateh University, Seventh of April University and Al-Jabal Al-Gharbi University were selected to the degree that a society of the study, and the researcher has, in the passage of achieving the aims of the study & selecting the assumptions, depended steady the the use of the analytical descriptive...п»ї
