Different people define emotions in diverse ways. Some make a distinction between emotions and feelings saying that a sentiment is the response part of the emotion and that an emotion includes the seat or experience, the interpretation, the perceptivity, and the response or feeling cognate to the experience of a feature situation. For the purposes of this clause, I use the terms interchangeably.
John D. (Jack) Mayer says, “Emotions act on many levels. They have a physical aspect as well as a psychological outlook. Emotions bridge thought, feeling, and exploit – they operate in every part of a someone, they affect many aspects of a living body, and the person affects many aspects of the emotions.”
Dr. Maurice Elias says, “Emotions are human beings’ monitory systems as to what is positively going on around them. Emotions are our principally reliable indicators of how things are going without ceasing in our lives. Emotions help do honor to us on the right track ~ the agency of making sure that we are led ~ the agency of more than the mental/ intellectual faculties of view, perception, reason, memory.”
· Why Bother With Emotions:
Emotions govern your thinking, behavior and actions. Emotions impress your physical bodies as much at the same time that your body affects your feelings and belief. People who ignore, dismiss, repress or suitable ventilate their emotions, are setting themselves up as antidote to physical illness. Emotions that are not felt and released bound buried within the body or in the effluence can cause serious illness, including cancer, arthritis, and great number types of chronic illnesses. Negative emotions of that kind as fear, anxiety, negativity, frustration and hollow cause chemical reactions in your material substance that are very different from the chemicals released at what time you feel positive emotions such during the time that happy, content, loved, accepted.
