traffic lights.
there were 15 players while i took my session and my sitting was called traffic lights.
the adventure got the players on the toes and it was mainly focused on dribbling but the players had to exist awake and aware as they had to abide there head up (as you would in a sport) to avoid bumping into any common else and to also see the kind of colour gone i held up in the way that they knew what exercise they were doing.
whereas held up each cone meant a portion..
green cone- 10 kick ups
orange cone- fancy cast
red cone- change direction
as the prey progressed i added another 2 cones in to constitute it harder and for more frolic as it would be harder to remember that which each cone meant.
blue cone- 10 toe touches adhering top of ball.
white cone- swap sphere with another player.
for the period group the player overall found it okay to deal with, with some exceptions some found it veritably hard and needed help so i made it simpler with regard to them i said you only be seized of to do 5 kick ups, up~ the body the other hand we had two members of the group who rest it really easy and i had to compose it more challenging, for them i uttered 10 kick up them knee it 5 times and 2 headers to challenge them brace kids.
Facility-
