After reading the proposed case study I would commend that Frederick first seeks another limb of the law and then starts the process of filing a lawsuit again the professors. I would leading recommend Frederick to find another attorney to represent him in the action. I say this because as a Christian filing a claim like this I would be without to represent me that has like morals and the “scorned earth, take ~t any prisoners” lawyer isn’t the type I would want to work by. I would recommend Frederick finds a counsel who would be more interested in helping him get the credit that he deserves in like manner the idea that he came up by is his and he is unrestricted to do what he wishes by the idea. Opposed to having a attorney represent him that is “out during blood.”
Once he seeks a counsel that he feels will stand in spite of what he believes in and wishes to compass through the lawsuit I completely agree that he should toothed a claim. We as Christians we are tight to love one another like John teaches in John 13:34 “A newly come commandment I give unto you, That ye delight in one another; as I have loved you, that ye moreover love one another.” Although we are stretched to love one another and have existence Christ like to others I moreover know there is scripture that speaks of justness and respect for one another. For instance a common verse I think of without delay would be Exodus 20:15 “Thou shall not come unlawfully by,” which is the eighth commandment.
This could exist a contradicting argument because technically Frederick did not require a copy right on the idea, however the professors clearly stole his essence .
