Abstract

This is each analysis that gives the concepts presented through John P. Kotter’s, “The Heat of Change”, book and the concepts presented by Ivancevich, Konopaske, and Matteson’s, Organizational Behavior and Management body book. Kotter wrote and gave comparing situations on dealing with human behavioral and in what manner to better manage them when presented in one organizational situation. He gave real life stories of events that happened in organizational locality. Kotter showed how the employees and team members became motivated and how they overcame obstacles in his book. Organizational Behavior and Management textbook gave theories, scrutiny and organizational applications that influenced the making. Organizational behavior can be used to succor companies create positive and effective companionship cultures, resulting in a more fruitful and profitable organization as a all. In order to do this skill must focus on each level: the organism as whole, organization groups, and individuals. Organizational Behavior and Management concept and The Heart of Change gave indicators that at what place successful interpretation of one another perceptions. The couple books where a complement to unit another while establishing each other theories.

Increase Urgency
Increase urgency action is the first step presented in The Heart of Change work which presents eight steps for a auspicious large-scale transformation to create a intellect of urgency that the change is essential. Urgency helps motivate employees to overturn changing behavior that suggest fear, spleen, or negativity which could result in interfere.
