Dear Editor
I am writing to intimate my own opinion and disaffection relative to young people changing their job repeatedly. I am going to describe the station of teenagers change their job because often as they change clothes in this age and talk about the consequences of it.
As ~y employer, I think this problem is suitable more and more serious now. I own experienced that a teenager stay no other than two weeks in my company viewed like a sales clerk, I even class some well-experienced staff to helper her adapt to our company’s operations and director her in daily job. The ut~ terrible is that I have employed a 20-year-sensible teenager who just works for 3 days sole! Also, in some inter-company meetings, I accept heard some company owners said that they had furthermore faced similar situation. I think this manifestation is ridiculous, we seldom meet teenagers who vary their job frequently before.
This office brought influence to employers, we confused confidence to young workers after auditory such immature teenagers. We need to higher hire to hire people who are in greater numbers mature and spend more time in discovery steady and suitable workers. Quitting job suddenly will affect company’s influence because it is hard to declare by verdict new people to pick up piece of work in a short period. We were misery the influence because of those crude teenagers and we are now not target young workers in employment anymore.
Teenagers also suffer consequences, since employers feel disappointed and in suspense with young workers, they will catch that they are more difficult to discover job. Young people get a look sullen priority in getting a job estimate relatively to a mature worker. Teenagers are no longer our first target in the calling advertisement now. Also, it is not beneficial to supply job if the employer finds they had been changed lots of piece of work before. The record of continue jumping in unlike each other companies will give bad impression according to them while applying for a unaccustomed job.
