Write my brief discourse
Reflective Statement
This reflective statement tends to throw light upon my analysis and evaluation upon the evolution and progress of three particular skills including decisive thinking, networking and CV writing skills according to the dexterity audit record where I have prominent the confidence level, objective, actions to be taken as well as measurement in particularize.
My confidence level of critical reflection increased from 1 to 3 end this semester. I chose the lowest adapt to describe my mastery of this readiness in terms of academic activity for the reason that I had never applied this dexterousness in my previous study experience. The understanding behind could be the cultural variance between China and UK, i.e. in China, students are supposed to subsist obedient, on the contrary, students in the UK are encouraged to examination tutors’, superiors’ and even their have ideas. The Power Distance value (China 80 VS UK 35) suggested by Geert Hofstede’s cultural insight underpins this idea as well, although one could bandy words that this figure merely portrays a captain-~ outlook and there will be exceptions that set out against this norm in both countries. Mainly through the review of online tutorial and connection with peers, which I examined to subsist the best ways considering the effectiveness (online tutorial offered orderly training, communication with colleagues was tractable and enabled instant feedback, mutual interaction and purification), I believe I’ve achieved mediocre confidence level according to feedback from colleagues and myself. However, because the final mark of Consumer Behavior (target is over 60%) is unsure with equal rea~n I cannot rate that I happen upon target. Therefore, for this skill, it seems that the goal was limit to be unachievable by the time I obtain to evaluation my progress.
Similarly, my network skill reached medium confidence level from my prospect. It rose by 1 point only through this semester as I notable the original level as 2 taking into account the previous successful application...
